Engineered for Precision. Built for Partnership.

We provide geotechnical and structural engineers with a scientifically validated process that meets strict specifications. Enjoy accurate proposals, clear timelines, and a workflow that integrates seamlessly into your site plans.

Geotechnical Engineers

TX ProChem is a family-owned soil stabilization company with more than 30 years of hands-on experience across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and beyond. We are not a national chain. We are local specialists who know Texas clay and what it takes to tame it.

Structural Engineers

Slab designs are built on assumptions about what the soil is going to do. TX ProChem works from the specifications and requirements your design team provides, making sure the stabilization scope lines up with your slab assumptions before we mobilize.

After treatment, the independent GEO testing company performs post-injection testing and issues results directly to the customer and engineer of record. Many engineers and foundation companies require a letter from the GEO confirming swell reduction before they will guarantee the foundation. That letter comes from the GEO testing company, directly to you and your engineer. Not from TX ProChem.

Our process has been tested over two years by researchers at the University of Texas at Arlington. The results confirm reduced swell, improved load-bearing consistency, and long-term durability.

Engineering Coordination Process

Our process is built to fit around your project team, not the other way around. Here is how it works.

Step 1: Receiving the Geotechnical Report

The geotechnical engineer's soil report, along with the lot-specific requirements and plans provided by the contractor's project manager and engineer of record, is shared with TX ProChem. We use those documents to determine the injection design for each individual lot.

Step 2: Injection Plan

We develop a site-specific injection plan that specifies grid spacing, depth, and stabilizer volume based on the geotechnical data provided. The plan is reviewed before mobilization.

Step 3: Treatment Execution

Our crew executes the plan on site. Conditions are monitored throughout, and any deviations are documented and communicated to the project team immediately.

Step 4: Post-Injection Testing

The independent GEO testing company you select performs the post-injection testing and issues results directly to you. TX ProChem does not produce or distribute these reports. The GEO firm is the source of record for all post-injection findings. If the results show the soil needs additional treatment, TX ProChem returns and reinjects at no additional cost.

Field QA and Documentation

TX ProChem maintains internal injection records for every project. Those records document where the stabilizer was placed, at what depth, and at what volume across the treated footprint.

Post-injection testing is performed by the independent GEO testing company you select. That firm issues the test results directly to you, the customer. TX ProChem does not produce or distribute those reports. If your engineer or foundation company requires a letter confirming swell reduction before they will guarantee the foundation, that letter is also issued by the GEO testing company, directly to you and your engineer of record.

If post-injection results show any area needs additional treatment, TX ProChem will return and reinject at no additional cost. The retest is then scheduled and reported by the GEO firm, keeping the results fully independent.
